Shipping Information

I ship all of your lovely orders using GoSweetSpot and NZ Couriers, and I pay for overnight delivery wherever available. While I always do my best to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible, courier delivery times are unfortunately outside of my control once your parcel is on its way.

As soon as your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. If you don’t receive this, please get in touch with me.

A Little Note While I'm Overseas

While I’m currently away overseas, my lovely friend Sarah is taking care of packing and sending your orders for me back home in New Zealand. She’s doing an amazing job keeping everything running while I’m away.

As we both live rurally and don’t have a courier collection service, Sarah personally takes your parcels into the courier depot. Orders are generally shipped twice a week, and sometimes more when possible.

Things may be a little slower than usual while I’m away, so please allow a little extra time for your order to be packed and sent. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding — I really appreciate it.

Free & Combined Shipping

Free New Zealand shipping is available on orders over $200.

I’m also very happy to combine shipping across multiple orders — just pay shipping once. If you’ve placed another order and would like them sent together, please let me know.

International Shipping

Yes, I ship internationally! International shipping costs vary depending on the destination and parcel size, so please contact me for a shipping quote.

Packaging

I like your goodies to arrive looking just as beautiful as when they left me, so everything is packed really well. I also reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible, so you may find some recycled packaging keeping your treasures safe along the way.
