My photographs are meticulously taken to portray the genuine essence of each item. Given their natural origins, crystals inherently possess captivating inclusions, rendering each piece truly unique.

In line with this, I stand by a no refunds and returns for change of mind purchases. If you feel that something is wrong please make contact within 48hrs of receiving the product  

I'm here to support you in making well-informed decisions. However please note that if an item happens to arrive damaged in transit, I extend the offer of a refund or a store credit once the item is returned to me after pictures have been sent of damage, packaging included.
