In line with this, I stand by a no refunds and returns for change of mind purchases.

For shipping, I've partnered with Go Sweet Spot and Poste Haste NZ Couriers to ensure your experience is seamless. While I prioritize overnight delivery and put in every effort to expedite the process, please understand that sometimes delivery times are beyond my control. Rest assured, I'm committed to getting your treasures to you as swiftly as possible.
Please enjoy free shipping on orders over $200, with combined shipping for all your selections. Pay just once, and I'll take care of the rest.
To mirror the care with which I curate my offerings, I ensure they are packed with utmost precision. I embrace eco-conscious practices by utilizing recycled packaging whenever possible. This includes recycled boxes, as I believe in the beauty of sustainability. So, don't be surprised if your treasures arrive in unique packaging – it's all part of the journey.
Upon dispatching your package to the courier, you can anticipate a fulfillment email containing tracking details. My aim is to have packages prepared and sent within 24 to 48 hours, barring weekends. With most packages, you can expect next-day delivery, while deliveries to the South Island typically take one to two days.
For those residing in rural areas, kindly opt for the rural postage option. If not, I'll be in touch to arrange payment for the additional postage before sending out your goodies. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

International Taxes & Duties
All orders are shipped from New Zealand. If you are purchasing from outside New Zealand, you are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in your own country. These charges are not included in our prices and may be collected by your local customs office upon delivery. Please check with your local tax or customs authority for details before ordering.
Resale of Crystals from Namaste-Shenoa
Please, all crystals sold through this website and myself are NOT for resale for your business, unless you have a wholesale arrangement with me. I work hard to personally source these crystals for my customers, not for other businesses to on sell.
Layby Policy
I sometimes offer an old school layby option over three weeks to make your purchase more manageable.
Terms & Conditions:
A deposit is required to secure your item. The remaining balance must be paid in full within the agreed timeframe at checkout. Items will not be shipped or released until full payment has been received.
Cancellation & Refunds (Change of Mind) If you choose to cancel your layby, or fail to complete payments within the agreed timeframe, the layby will be considered cancelled due to change of mind. As change-of-mind returns are not required under New Zealand consumer law, any refund is provided at our discretion. All cancelled laybys are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund to cover administration and lost sales opportunity. Any remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded after the restocking fee has been applied.
Additional Notes: Payments made toward a layby are a commitment to purchase and are non-transferable. By agreeing to a layby payment plan, you agree to these terms.
