Thank you so much for shopping with Namaste Shenoa. As a small, independently owned New Zealand business, I want your shopping experience to be as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Below you'll find all the important information about payments, shipping, layby, returns and purchasing from my website.

Prices & Currency

All prices shown on the Namaste Shenoa website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment Options

Payments are securely processed through Shopify.

I accept:

• Apple Pay

• Afterpay

If you would like to use Afterpay, please go through the regular checkout rather than Shop Pay, as Shop Pay can sometimes bypass these payment options. I also offer Afterpay to my Australian customers. 

I also occasionally offer my own old-school layby option. You can find the terms for this further down the page.

Shipping Within New Zealand

I use GoSweetSpot and NZ Couriers to send your goodies throughout New Zealand.

I pay for overnight delivery wherever available, but once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are unfortunately outside of my control.

As I live rurally, there is no courier collection from my property, so parcels need to be personally taken into the courier depot.

While I'm Overseas

While I'm currently overseas, my lovely friend Sarah is taking care of packing and sending your orders for me back home in New Zealand.

Things may be a little slower than usual while I'm away, and orders are generally dispatched around twice a week, sometimes more when possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while Sarah keeps everything running for me.

Once your parcel has been sent, you'll receive a fulfilment email containing your tracking information. If you don't receive one, please get in touch.

Free & Combined Shipping

Enjoy free New Zealand shipping on orders over $200.

I'm also very happy to combine shipping across multiple orders. Just pay shipping once and I'll take care of the rest. If you've placed more than one order, please let me know so they can be sent together where possible.

Rural Delivery

If you live at a rural address, please make sure you select the rural delivery option at checkout.

If rural delivery hasn't been selected, I'll need to contact you for payment of the additional rural charge before your goodies can be sent.

International Shipping

Yes, I ship internationally!

If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact me and I'll happily arrange a shipping quote for you.

International Taxes & Duties

All orders are shipped from New Zealand.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, VAT, taxes or other fees imposed by their own country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost paid to Namaste Shenoa and may be collected by your local customs authority or courier before delivery.

As every country has different rules, I recommend checking with your local customs or tax authority before ordering if you're unsure.

Packaging

I like your goodies to arrive looking just as beautiful as when they left me, so everything is packed really well and with lots of care.

I also reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible. This includes boxes and protective packaging, so don't be surprised if your treasures arrive tucked safely inside some recycled packaging.

It's my little way of reducing waste while making sure everything reaches you safely.

Returns & Refunds

I want you to absolutely love the goodies you choose from Namaste Shenoa, so I do my very best to photograph and describe each piece as accurately as possible.

Please remember that crystals are natural treasures. Inclusions, markings, colour variations, small imperfections and differences in shape are all part of their natural beauty and are not considered faults.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as I do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.

If you feel there is something genuinely wrong with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it so I can help.

Damaged in Transit

I pack everything with lots of care, but unfortunately parcels can occasionally be damaged during their journey.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and include clear photographs of:

• the damaged item

• the packaging it arrived in

• any visible damage to the parcel

Please keep all original packaging until we've sorted everything out.

Once I've received the photos, I'll let you know the next steps. If the item needs to be returned to me, I can then arrange a refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Resale of Namaste Shenoa Crystals

The crystals and other treasures I personally source for Namaste Shenoa are intended for my customers and are not for resale by other businesses unless you have a wholesale arrangement with me.

I put a huge amount of time and care into personally sourcing my pieces, and I kindly ask that this is respected.

If you're interested in purchasing from me for resale, please contact me first to discuss a wholesale arrangement.

Layby

I sometimes offer a little old-school layby over three weeks to help make a special purchase more manageable.

Layby Terms

A deposit is required to secure your item, with the remaining balance to be paid in full within the timeframe agreed at checkout.

Your goodies will remain safely with me and will not be shipped or released until the full balance has been paid.

Payments made towards a layby are a commitment to purchase and cannot be transferred to another person or order.

Cancelling a Layby

If you choose to cancel your layby or don't complete the payments within the agreed timeframe, the layby will be considered cancelled due to change of mind.

Cancelled laybys are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund provided. This helps cover administration and the lost opportunity to sell the item while it was being held for you.

Any remaining refundable balance will be returned after the restocking fee has been deducted.

By entering into a layby arrangement with Namaste Shenoa, you agree to these terms.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to me.

I will never sell or share your personal information or email address with other businesses for marketing purposes.

Payment information is securely processed through my payment providers, and I do not personally keep your credit or debit card details on file.

Crystal & Metaphysical Disclaimer

All metaphysical information shared on the Namaste Shenoa website or social media pages about crystals, gemstones and their uses is provided for spiritual and informational purposes only.

Crystals and gemstones are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and the information I provide should never be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Namaste Shenoa accepts no responsibility for injury, accident, loss or adverse effects arising from the misuse of crystals, gemstones, jewellery or other products purchased from Namaste Shenoa.
