Packaging & Shipping

I want your goodies to arrive looking just as beautiful as when they left me, so I pack every order really well and with lots of care.

I also reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible, including boxes and protective packaging. So don't be surprised if your treasures arrive tucked safely inside some recycled packaging — it's my little way of reducing waste while making sure everything reaches you safely.

Shipping Within New Zealand

I ship using GoSweetSpot and NZ Couriers and pay for overnight delivery wherever available.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are unfortunately outside of my control, but I always do my best to get your goodies on their way to you as quickly as possible.

As I live rurally, I don't have a courier collection service from my property, so parcels need to be personally taken into the courier depot.

While I'm Overseas

While I'm currently away overseas, my lovely friend Sarah is taking care of packing and sending your orders for me back home in New Zealand.

Things may be a little slower than usual while I'm away, as Sarah also lives rurally and personally takes your parcels into the courier depot. Orders are generally sent twice a week, and sometimes more when possible.

Once your parcel has been sent, you'll receive a fulfilment email with your tracking information. If you don't receive one, please get in touch.

Free & Combined Shipping

Enjoy free New Zealand shipping on orders over $200.

I'm also very happy to combine shipping across multiple orders — just pay shipping once. If you've placed another order and would like your goodies sent together, please let me know.

Rural Delivery

If you live at a rural address, please make sure you select the rural delivery option at checkout.

If rural delivery hasn't been selected, I'll need to contact you for payment of the additional rural charge before your order can be sent.

International Shipping

Yes, I ship internationally!

If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact me and I'll happily arrange a shipping quote for you.

International Taxes & Duties

All international orders are shipped from New Zealand.

If you're purchasing from outside New Zealand, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, VAT or taxes that may apply in your country.

These charges are not included in your purchase or shipping price and may be collected by your local customs authority or courier before delivery.

As every country has different rules, please check with your local customs or tax authority before ordering if you're unsure.
