The quality of this piece is beautiful, but what I really love are all those natural little cracks and crevices filled with sparkling druzy pockets. Every turn reveals another pattern, swirl or little bit of sparkle.

A Little About Crazy Lace Agate

Crazy Lace Agate, also known as Mexican Agate, is a beautifully patterned variety of banded chalcedony. Its wonderfully intricate swirls, bands and lace-like formations can include creamy browns, greys, blacks, golds and yellows, along with occasional touches of pink and red.

The complex patterns and incredible variations mean that every piece is completely unique.

Metaphysically, Crazy Lace Agate is often known as the “Laughter Stone” or “Happy Lace.”
