Bismuth, an intriguing metallic chemical element with the atomic number 83, possesses captivating properties that set it apart. Despite being 86% as dense as lead, it feels curiously heavy when held. One of its most notable features is its status as the most diamagnetic natural substance, exhibiting a slight repulsion when in the presence of a magnet. Adding to its uniqueness, bismuth is among the select few substances, alongside water, that expands upon freezing, defying conventional expectations. Notably, the bismuth specimens available have been meticulously produced by humans. This process involves melting the raw natural mineral at exceptionally high temperatures, allowing it to crystallize or 'grow.' Once cooled and solidified, exposure to the atmosphere prompts a reaction with oxygen, resulting in the breathtaking array of colors seen in these specimens.
It is said that the healing properties of Bismuth help aid in relieving symptoms of isolation, both spiritually and emotionally. Often refered to as the "Transformation Stone," bismuth helps to calm disorders and helps to push changes in the right direction.
