A Little About OM

OM is one of the most important and sacred sounds within Hinduism and other Indian spiritual traditions.

It is associated with Atman – the soul or self within – and Brahman, the ultimate reality or universal consciousness. OM is commonly used during meditation, yoga and spiritual practices and is often seen as representing the connection between the individual self and the greater universe.
