These Palo Santo incense cones smell absolutely amazing.

Made from Palo Santo wood sawdust and vegetable glue, they have that beautiful, distinctive woody aroma Palo Santo is known for. Perfect for cleansing your space, meditation, creating a calming atmosphere, or simply because you love the scent.

You will receive 5 large Palo Santo cones for $10.

Each cone measures approximately 4.5 cm tall, so they are a really good large size. They burn extremely well and right down to the base, so please always use them on a suitable fire-safe surface.

I actually like to break mine into smaller pieces before burning them, which means I can get several burns from each cone.

They come beautifully presented in a brown paper pillow box tied with natural jute.

A Little About Palo Santo

Palo Santo (Bursera graveolens), meaning “holy wood” in Spanish, is an aromatic tree native to parts of South America, including the dry forests of Ecuador. It belongs to the same botanical family as frankincense and myrrh.

Palo Santo has a long history of traditional use in South America, particularly in Ecuador. Its aromatic smoke has traditionally been used for cleansing spaces, meditation and spiritual practices, and is associated with clearing “mala energia” or bad energy.

The wood naturally contains aromatic compounds including limonene and α-terpineol, which contribute to its distinctive scent.

Sustainably Sourced in Ecuador

According to the company I source these from, their Palo Santo is collected without harming living trees. They process only wood from trees that have died naturally in the forest.

The trees grow for approximately 40 years before naturally dying, and the fallen wood is then left for around another 10 years before it is processed.

Their Palo Santo is sourced and utilised through a traceable process covering its planting, collection, transformation and commercialisation.
