Pink Amethyst carved Face in the Crescent Moon - Rare Druze

Rare A Grade Pink Amethyst Druzy Crescent Moon

Such a gorgeous A Grade Pink Amethyst Crescent Moon from Brazil, with beautiful soft blush-pink and peach colouring and incredible natural druzy running through the centre.

High-quality Pink Amethyst like this is becoming increasingly difficult for me to source, particularly in these larger carved pieces with such beautiful natural colour and crystal formation.

Weight: 442 g
Size: approximately 15.2 cm tall × 2 cm thick
Origin: Brazil
Includes black metal stand

This piece has the most beautiful soft colouring, with layers of blush pink, peach and creamy tones flowing naturally through the stone. Across the centre are gorgeous open areas of sparkling druzy and little crystal points, creating wonderful texture and shimmer as the light moves across the surface.

I especially love the more subtle natural patterning in this moon. There are cloudy, almost feathery formations within the polished areas, deeper pink and rusty inclusions and even a tiny touch of natural green visible within the stone. Both sides are completely different, making it beautiful to look at from every angle.

A Little About Pink Amethyst

Pink Amethyst is a naturally occurring pink variety of Quartz found in South America. Its beautiful colouring is associated with microscopic iron-bearing inclusions, including Hematite. Although its softer pink and peach colouring can resemble Rose Quartz, mineralogical studies have shown the material to be more closely related to Amethyst.

The sparkling areas are natural druzy, formed when masses of tiny Quartz crystals grow across open cavities within the stone. These little crystal faces reflect the light from different directions, creating that gorgeous sugar-like sparkle.

Metaphysically, Pink Amethyst is associated with gentle, calming and nurturing energy. It is believed to encourage emotional balance, inner peace and clarity while bringing a peaceful and uplifting feeling into your space.

Often connected with the Heart and Crown Chakras, it is also associated with intuition, compassion and spiritual awareness. The crescent moon is traditionally symbolic of intuition, transformation, cycles and new beginnings.

A rare, high-quality Pink Amethyst piece with beautiful natural colour, sparkling druzy and completely unique formations throughout.
